Master index woes I *really* need to get the internal sorting on the master index straightened out. The alphabetizing has a way of getting subtly broken and then propagating itself, which leads to double entries and the like.
LJ housekeeping In case it will be of use to anybody (e.g., me), I finally added a memories keyword to link up all the chapter notes for DH (that is, the draft readers' guides, not all the DH-related material).
